Weathermatic has named Damon Littlejohn Vice President of Sales, National Accounts. He reports to CEO Lex Mason and will help lead the company’s strategy for serving large, multi-location organizations, including financial services, commercial, REITs, national retailers, and facility management companies, through Weathermatic’s SmartLink platform.
Weathermatic, a Telsco Industries company, has provided water management solutions to the commercial landscaping industry for more than 80 years. His appointment reflects the company’s ongoing investment in its national accounts strategy.
He joins Weathermatic after more than three decades in senior sales leadership roles within the credit and data services industry. He began his career at Experian in a series of sales roles before spending 14 years at Kroll Factual Data, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and, later, Director, Channels and Alliances. He went on to spend 11 years at CoreLogic in a series of senior sales and partnership roles, including Director of Sales, Senior Director of Mortgage Solution Sales, Executive of Sales, and Vice President of Partnerships and Alliances. Over his career, he has helped lead sales organizations through periods of growth, with P&L responsibility and a focus on building strategic alliances. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Harding University.
“National property portfolios now require a partner in water management. Large portfolios want one system, one point of accountability, a network of trusted landscape operators, and real data. Damon has spent three decades building sales organizations that succeed in exactly that kind of complexity, and we’re glad to have him helping us scale this strategy,” said Lex Mason, Chief Executive Officer.
“Damon brings the kind of experience our national accounts strategy needs at this stage. The Board is confident he’s the right person to help lead this next phase of Weathermatic’s growth,” said Mike Mason, Chairman of the Board.
“Damon joins at a moment when our national accounts pipeline is scaling quickly. His experience managing complex multi-site sales organizations will help us grow this division with discipline as we take on larger and more sophisticated accounts,” said Darryl Halbert, Chief Financial Officer.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity and for the trust Lex and the team have placed in me,” said Damon Littlejohn. “Weathermatic has built something special over 80 years, and the credit for what comes next belongs to the whole team. I’m looking forward to learning from the people here and doing my part to support our national accounts customers as we grow.”
SmartLink sits at the center of Weathermatic’s national accounts strategy. The platform gives REITs, national retailers, and facility management companies portfolio-wide visibility into irrigation performance, water usage, and contractor collaboration, the kind of centralized data multi-location organizations need to control costs and meet sustainability commitments at scale. His appointment puts an experienced enterprise sales leader behind that strategy as Weathermatic deepens its relationships with the country’s largest property portfolios.
